Amir Khan vs Marcos Maidana on Dec. 11

British boxing icon, Amir Khan will be back on the United States defend this title against ferocious challenger from Argentina Marcos Maidana in the Mandalay Bay & Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday, December 11, 2010. The Amir Khan vs Marcos Maidana will televised via HBO's World Boxing Championship beginning at 9:45 PM ET / 6:45 PM PT.

Amir "King" Khan (23-1, 17 KOs) is 23-years old fighter from Bolton, England. He is the current WBC Light Welterweight champion and one the brightest young star in boxing.

Marcos Rene "Chino" Maidana (29-1, 27 KOs) is from Santa Fe, Argetina. The hard puncher fighter debut outside of his territory on 2009 and sadly he loss the 12-round boxing to Victor Ortiz. After that fight, he's unstoppable and has a chance to battle against Khan on Dec. 11.
