Top Rank Promotions set a deadline for Floyd Mayweather Jr. to answer and sign the contract of the planned Mayweather vs. Pacquiao super fight on November. The deadline was scheduled midnight of Friday, July 16, 2010.
Mayweather Jr., the undefeated boxer and the newly awarded ESPY 2010 keeps his silence in the fight with the pound for pound king. Top Rank CEO Bob Arum announced this after the said deadline and promised that they will be working to the upcoming bout of Manny Pacquiao.
Possible fighter on list according to news are Miguel Cotto and Margarito. But, If Floyd express his interest to fight Manny then the fight will go on.
